Call rec'd 11/15/16 - no message. Hadn't received a call from this number before so I didn't have it blocked. I do however have a few numbers with this area code blocked.

They called here yesterday at 9:00 AM and for her. I answered the phone and said she isn't here.Got what sounded like a fax machine. I have no clue as to who they are. They are located in Phila. PA

Let go to machine, no message left, do not answer unknown numbers

Woman with Asian accent said, "hello, hello" and then hung up. Calls at least 3x a week. Usually no person talks just hangs up.

No one answered on other end when I answered.

Called my landline and didn't leave a mesg.Strange number tho.

Caller ID: Bryn Mawr PA - male asked if I was the one responsible for the electric bill. When I answered No he asked if the person who was responsible was available. When I answered No, he replied I'll return the call Ok. I said sure. Guess what? lol.. No he won't... Blocked

Just had this number call,  I did not pick up voice mail left.  Based on all these comments. I am blocking,  Thanks all.

called twice this month.  that was enough they are now blocked.

Call from this number this morning. VM was a foreign word. Then nothing.  Blocking number

Woman with heavy accent named "Phyllis" wanting to talk to me about discounts on my electric bill.  She was in a very noisy call center.

Thanks to those who ID'd this as an Energy Switch spam from Duquesne Light.

Who ever called was on a static line and only left 'Hello, Hello?" as a message.
Calling this a prank because if you want to switch your Energy company you ought to do your own research.
Never play with these cold call twits who for the most part are just phishing for your information.
They may say they are related to your primary company but they are not - don't believe them.

Called landline, went to voice mail, left no message.  I don't pick up for unknown numbers.  If I intercept the call I just tell them I am on the federal do not call list and they are to take my number off their call list.  I figure many of these callers are violating federal law.

Received second call from this company on 12/3/16 at 9:52 a.m.  I picked up the call and immediately told the woman I was on the federal Do-Not-Call list and to take my number off their call list; then I hung up.

called 3 times this week to my unlisted landline...answered once-nobody on  line

It's a robo call for Electric switch and they take the first caller that picks up.
I recommend that you don't. Doesn't matter if you are on the DNC list since energy deregulated you will be called.
