No response when answered.  Eventually disconnected.

I don't usually answer my phone who I don't know the caller number but I p/u this call w/o looking.
The caller kept silent on it's end.  there was no answer.

This is some sort of outfit that wants money to sponsor exchange students.

Received call in evening hours, did not answer, no message left.

Answered the line, caller hung up.

Got a recorded message about my great opportunity to foster exchange foreign students. Did not sound right and I hunged up.

Caller ID said "Media, PA".  Didn't pickup.  Left no message.

no message left called id has phphsbzn10,pa, so what does that tell you.

Called the number, recording said that they are non-profit, exempt from the do not call list.  Pressed 1 to be removed from their list.  Let's see how long that holds up.

Reported them to national do NOT call list. And, then placed this number on out telephone block caller list. They keep calling, the voice machine kicks in yet they leave no message. Got 9 calls in one week, and I'm fed up!

BS about foreign exchange students, more likely its a child porn ring or some other type of scam. When they're that hard up and call 9 times in one week, the red flags should go up folks!

If you call the number back you will be able to stop the calls by pressing 1 after a recorded message.

I am so tired of getting these phone calls.  I've gotten calls from this number before and have just quit answering the phone.  I feel like I am being held hostage in my home because of all these unwanted calls.  It doesn't help to ask to be removed from their list.  I will just get a call from a different number about the same thing.

Same thing here - Media, PA and no message when I let the machine pickup.  It's Saturday morning and I've already had two of these calls.................................
