I turned off my caller ID and called this number back.  It automatically goes to a recording that states, "If you would like your number put into our Do Not Call Database, hit one now"

I don't recommend doing anything, as this is how scammers find out that a number they autodialed is "real".

Caller ID says Max in capital letters. I do not answer. Wish the government would check on all these bogus calls instead of American citizens

Got a call about hm security and to confim I owned my hm.. I told them I am in a do call list and she said sorry. Told them to remove me

Home security company.  It actually sounded like a recording.  They wouldn't stop talking long enough for me to tell them not to call again!

Home security company ... Got live person who sounded like they were from India. Told her not to call my number again.

Not making any comment on the public policy issues related to the NSA,...
we know they have the ability to find out who these people are,
who employs them, and the corporate owners and mangers.  
why the heck can they not get these guys?
