Debt collector using illegal practices. Says they have court papers to deliver unless I pay. It is for a debt over 10 years in age according to them. And I never had that credit card. Do not talk to them. I told them to deliver whatever court papers they want to deliver. Take note: the courts themselves send court action papers not the debt collector...if they had a court action they wouldn't be calling to settle it and it is ILLEGAL to threaten that they have a court action when they don't.

I am reporting you. you are calling for someone that left the country over 9 years ago and you are harrasing us. we have nothing to do with whomever your harrasing us for!!!!!

Listen. This company is stupid. They call at least three times a week for someone who is a family member of ours. I told them that I know her and stop calling my house. They wont stop. I know skip tracing is the only way to track down people who owe money and I would do it too but you have to do this within the laws in your state. I have told them to stop and they keep calling. I have reported them to the FTC but now I am gonna have some fun with them. Let the games begin!

Scam do not give them your information. Even if they scare you by already knowing your social security or address.

I received the same call!   Three days in a row.  It is a total scam saying they have been retained and if I don;t call I am forfeiting my rights.   No name and no business name if you attempt to call back after hours.   Wanted my employers number to "serve" me.   Total scam!  I have no debt

Same info as above. I'm retired and have nothing now or in my past to connect this to. No mention of debt rather someone filing a complaint against me. Absurd. Scam.

It is not an "Absurd.Scam", since they scare lots of people into thinking they are going to be sued or go to jail.  Unfortunately, no one teaches people what they need to know about financial matters or how debt collection should work.
