I jst got a call and the man stated that he was county server and was coming to my house in 3 hours to serve me papers. When he called is had no called id. Stated that a warrrant was going to be issues for me. I have no idea. When I called a number that he gave me to see if the caller was really. I told them I had the worry number. The people on the other end became very rude and said that people just dont call this number by mistake. I hung up.

It wasn't a county processor - it was a scammer.  Real process servers don't call to give you a heads up.  Nor would you be told if there was a warrant for your arrest - the cops would just show up.   Please do report this loser to the state's Attorney General, and block the number.

A male caller from this number stated that he was a process server, that a warrant had been issued for a family member and that this was a courtesy call. Stated I should call him back ASAP to see how I had been tied in to the case. Stated several times that this was a very serious legal matter.
