It is a scam claims they are an attorney collecting an unpaid payday loan.

they told me money had been transfered to my account, and that i had 3 felonies on me for bank fraud, i called the sheriffs dept.

This is a SCAM. They claim to be Morgan and Associates, but they are not. Morgan and Associates are a real debt collection law office. This number is from a company from India that is stealing the identity of Morgan and Assocates. This company said they were taking warrants out on me for not paying a payday loan. When I said that this violated the Fair Debt Collection Act, they hung up. I called the real Morgan and Associates and they said they do not collect pay day loans and my name was not in their system.

Same story as all above, they called work and hit on a female co worker then left a message on my cell. I called back to try and detour them (Ive dealt with people like this in the past) Usually can say I need a copy of the original debt and a contract emailed or faxed to me for review by my lawyer and they NEVER call back. This guy kept saying no no you printed the contract when you got the loan we dont have it my client has warrants for you we are coming to you work. I work at a nuclear facility and told him to go ahead and try to come in!! I told him 3x I would gladly pay the debt if he could prove I owed it he told me 3x it was too late for that then later suggested I pay the debt UGHHH THATS WHAT I SAID!!! So put me on hold til I hung up! Called back 4 times in 6 minutes I did try to call back and the number was invalid!! They took a 3 hour break and called my phone 10 TIMES in 4 MINUTES!!! I answered most times and no one was there while Im saying "Hello? Hello?" my call waiting rings and its them AGAIN within SECONDS!!! UGHHHH hope tomorrows a better day!!!

I called the company back, told them my name and they hung up on me. I tried to call back but got a busy signal. This is a total scam.

I called these people back and they said they represent Cash Advance and that cash advance operates over 400 payday loan websites. Still says he has warrants for me but when I asked what jurisdiction the warrants are issued in, he hangs up.

I dont appreciate this harassment from this "James" has been calling to say good luck on other numbers I want this guy found and prosecuted

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.
