I just went to their website (Safeline Alert) and they had a phone # (it says to request a free brochure).   I called it to have my # removed from their cold calls and it said "the number you called is temporarily unavailable"  1-888-522-4517.  Major scam.

Answered and no reply, then someone picked up...I could hear the actors from Days of Our Lives...I said hello again..no response so I hung up.

Called back to get off the list and the message said the mailbox was full.

Calls about twice a week, and I think about the past 6 weeks or so. Same here, no voice, no answer, dead quiet. I looked it up on reverse phone, and shows it to be a landline, in Raineer Oregon, for what it's worth.

Caller ID says "adsplus", I reported them a while ago.  Seriously, does the federal no call list do anything???

I can't say anything for calls from Rainier, OR, because I don't work there. But I *did* previously work at their office in Florida. For a very short time, since they apparently also have no qualms about attempting to scam their own employees. Whatever.

If you ask about their calls, they'll usually attempt to avoid giving you their location. However, there's the occasional person that will mention that their office is in Orlando. This isn't completely true. Its *near* Orlando, in a city called Casselberry. The office itself is a completely unmarked building with darkened windows, located behind a building called Ticor Title. If you weren't previously told that it was located there, you would honestly never figure it out on your own. We are never told of a callback number to give the people who ask. I don't even know it, as a previous employee, if there is one. However... via asking around with fellow employees, I did come up with one number. I'm not even sure its legitimate, as I haven't wanted to call myself. Didn't want to risk opening MYSELF up to this.

That number is 407-892-4470. Their office is on highway 436 in Casselberry. The street number of the building escapes me, but I'm sure you could find the Ticor Title building with Google. Hope that helps anyone that was intending to take action against them.

Guess I'll add in some other helpful information. I happened to go and Google Maps search the Ticor Title office whilst posting this information to every other complaint site I could find. :) Here's the address for anyone interested: 493 State Road 436, Casselberry, FL

If you do a search, it'll come up. As previously stated, the call center's office is literally right behind Ticor Title. Ticor's building is kinda L-shaped. The offending office is sorta S-shaped.

Google won't put you directly on top of the Ticor Title building in a search, but if you zoom in, its easy enough to find the two I'm talking about. Its located between a blue-roofed building (Destination Debt Solutions) and a small light gray-roofed building (a restaurant called Cypriana). While it might not be the exact number/office harassing people, I figured taking out at least one of 'em is better than nothing, right?

Something they could stand to learn: don't cross the employee that frequents the internet. You'll probably regret it.

Just got a call from 503-395-1231. When you answer a no response from the calling end. Figure it must  be a telemarketing call.

I have never answered the phone for this number, but it calls regularly.  There is always a blank
message on my answering machine.

If you former employees know who these people are, what they are doing, and where they are, why don't you go to the Orlando News Stations?  They would love a story like this.  It looks like people from all over the country are looking for them!

This could be a company with the real name of Elite Information Solutions licenced by from the Florida Dept. of Agriculture.  Elite Informaion Solutions address is 495 Semoran Blvd., Casselberry Fl.  The owner's name is Michael  Hilgar.  Please file a  complaint with the Florida Dept of Agriculture - 800-435-7352.  Please also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission - 877-382-4357.  Inform them that this may be related to case #36077052

It appears as these people have changed their name again.  They are no longer calling themselves "Elite Information Solutions".  They are now going by the name "The Credit Voice".  They changed their name from "Elite Information Solutions" to "The Credit Voice" the day after Indiana Attorney General filed suit against "Elite Information Solutions dba Safeline Alert".  According to the Florida Department of Agriculture (licensing body of telemarketers in Florida) "The Credit Voice" is licensed to telemarket medical alert equipment at 495 Semoran Blvd. Casselberry, Florida. It looks like "The Credit Voice" main headquarters is located in Clearwater, Florida.

If you really want to stop these people, complain OFFICIALLY to the Florida Dept of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs. Contact Monica Brown of their Telemarketing Dept at Monica.Brown@freshfromflorida.com and/or go to the website www.800helpFLA.com and use the online complaint form. Be as specific as possible. Name Michael Hilgar and Elite Information Solutions and say that his company is making direct sales solicitations in violation of Florida law in addition to violating Federal law (you can make that complain to the FCC). Unbelievably when I spoke with Monica she told me NO ONE had yet made a formal complaint against this company. I did. Now YOU need to do as well so we can put these people behind bars. Michael Hilgar IS a criminal and known con artist. Just look up his record. He has gone from one scam (roofing and stucco) to another. WE need to stop him.
