Something that has occurred to me, when calling the number back (I used my Google phone number).
It may not actually be a spoofed number and the number may not be disconnected or no longer in service.
They can have their voice mail set to play the disconnected, not in service recording to trick you, and you may have just verified to them that your number is in fact a good number to add to their list.

Makes sense doesn't it?

Calling every day to sell duct cleaning, or just get my info to steal from me. The I D on my phone is a VOIP phone service, not the name of the scam company.

No caller ID,just displayed private, no message left,terrible!

Caller wanted to come into my home to do a furnace inspection.
