this call is an automated appointment call for Apria customers.

Yes, it definitely (for a change) is not a scam.  I am on oxygen and they called today to verify they were delivering.

Apria is the sleaziest and the most horrid of medical equipment firms.  They failed miserably numerous times to deliver the correct equipment to a dying relative of mine.  If you have an opportunity to use another service, you would be well advised to do so.

Sounds like another DME company who serviced my late Father. He was receiving home nebulizer treatments prior to his last hospitalization and death. I notified them he had passed away and they continued to call, trying to get me to OK delivery of equipment. Finally (and at my wit's end), I demanded to speak to a supervisor. When they would not put one on the line, I threatened to report them to Medicare for fraud if the calls continued. Needless to say, they did not call anymore...

It is a call from Apria for a service call.  Whether it is for any kind of medical purpose.  Mine is for a pickup for an overnight oxyen reading.

It would be much clearer that this was a call from APRIA if the called ID didn't read "Private number".  My call came in at 8:55AM. Miss Robot said that my service would be between 8AM and 11:15AM. Efficient service for sure. Can't talk to anyone in the US for APRIA because they outsource their calls to wherever. This makes it difficult to get anything done because agents barely have a grasp of English.

It's a legitimate call from Apria about a service appointment. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with though there are several close runners up. They never use their name in caller id. This one said Acucall. Another number used says private id. A third one has no name at all. Apria has called me wanting the same information I have already provided to them numerous times this year. If I go on, this will turn into a justifiable rant so I'll stop here.

Like said above. I really wish our healthcare providers would let caller ID work, I don't answer unknown numbers or private, if they want to talk to me, they can use their company name.

Yes...from Apria but when I tried to call them, I just got a machine to leave a message. This company is a BIG pain to try to get a hold of anyone...especially in the USA!

ALL of my calls from Apria for delivery/service appts come from an 800 number and it reads Apria on my caller ID.PRIVATE

Received robocall 7A 2/9/17 from Private caller 503-610-6342 stating tech would be making delivery between 9a and noon, and call (a different number left) if you need to change time. Received ANOTHER robocall this morning ApriaHealthcare  219-736-1302 at 7:10A stating the tech would be here between noon and three this afternoon if I needed to change delivery to call...I picked up the phone to connect to tell them wrong number and the robocall does not do that---just ends call so you HAVE to call the number they left to change appt delivery. THIS IS PHISHING to contact people for possible customers. I never contacted this company and I am on do not call list.

The last time I called their 800#, their answer machine machine said my call would be answered in the order received...... I listened to worse than elevator music for 15 minutes then hung up, from that point on I will not accept or answer annoying APRIA ROBO calls.
