They left msg on my cell phone claiming to be a bill collector but they didn't use my name, I don't owe any past due bills and I have never listed my cell phone on any business or billing info, not even Dr. Offices.  The number happens to be in same area code as my cell phone as well but I have not lived in that state in over 7 years, which tells me it's a fake routed untraceable  number and not actually cowing from that area, like fake calls from India scams.
