It's a debt collector spoofing a local number. The clowns at Vision Financial like to call early (circa 8 AM local time) using their autodialers and minimum wage agents. They read off poorly written scripts, threaten lawsuits, and generally just berate the recipient of the phone call. They care only about whether they can make a commission off a junk or zombie debt. Whether or not the debt is valid or the phone number belongs to the correct person is not their concern. Total scums. Don't answer. Nothing positive can happen by answering these calls. Best bet is to write a C&D letter, complain the the FTC, BBB, AG, etc.

These idiots keep calling my minor children and harass them with foul language and threats.  I wonder if they have a good legal team.

They won't be around with this name very long.

AG's in 9 states are already investigating them

Received a call this morning similar to the one's described above.

They have been calling all hours of the day for a couple of weeks.  They would never leave a message.  When I called back, they asked for someone I did not know.  When I asked who they were they mumbled something "Financial".  They would not repeat it and hung up on me.  They said they have removed me from their list.
