This number has called me 11/7/14 @ 9:36am PST, 11/6/14 @ 9:13am PST, and 10/28/14 @ 4:45pm PST without leaving a message. Number ID shows it's from Astoria, OR.

I receive the same call with no message. Been getting it for weeks

Got calls thanksgiving week. No message

Received calls on 11/26, 11/28, 11/29 and 11/30.  Doesn't leave a message.

After several calls, no messages, I finally got somewhat of a message when a women obviously thought my vm was an answer. All she said was "hello" then hung up.

I found this in a pay for reverse set up. Allegedly belongs to Portland Fish at 901 Marine Dr. in Astoria. However, if you look up that name, no business by that name shows up. That address has a different business name, whom I have called and left a message with asking him if this other number is theirs. Lets see what is next.

I called the number from my work landline. It answers Customer Service and gives you the option to have your number removed from their list within 2 business days. I did it yesterday, still getting calls today so will see what happens as of tomorrow and Thursday.

I did a google search, and it is Nextel Communications in Astoria.  I've been getting these calls since Friday (just a few days), and they never leave a message.  I'm going to do what mopla (above) did and get my number removed.  I hope it works.

This phishing caller is unrelenting.

I think it's a collection agency.

This number has called several times. I did answer it one time and a woman said she was calling from the Oregonian Paper and that she needed my credit card. It's a scam, don't answer the phone.

Just confirmed with The Oregonian, that this is an outside agency contracted by The Oregonian for past due accounts.

This is a telemarketer for the Oregonian.

I get a call from this number daily.  I say hello and they hang up.  Today I just answered the phone and said nothing.  A women finally said hello.  I said hello and she hung up. Again. I entered my phone # to be taken off their list.  Reporting this number. Again!

Have been receiving calls from this number for several days now, with no message left...

It appeared to be a telemarketer from the Oregonian that was far too enthusiastic to get my credit card number to "clear my previous balance" and give me a one time offer... Smells like a scam to me.

After reading these posts and being bothered by numerous calls, I decided to call the Oregonian myself. It is a 3rd
party contractor soliciting a gift card if you change your acct to "Automatic Bill Pay" by credit card or checking. I
told the rep I am not going to do that and she said she will note the account to "Stop" calling. I don't know if it
will work but worth a try.....

Have been getting daily (sometime more than once a day) calls from this number.  I never pick it up.  I live in Portland, OR.

I just received a call from this number and the lady identified herself from the Oregonian.  They would give me this great deal if I would just give her my credit card for auto pay.  I told her I am on autopay and didn't understand how my account could be a problem.  She immediately hung up.
