I answered and no one was there.  Called late too.

called twice in one day from this and a similar number. triggered voicemail, but left no message on either call.

Called and left no message. Calls from similar prefix (503-741) came in several times from days prior. BLOCKED.

Called at 6:30pm. I picked up and a woman with an accent asked if I was my sister(who used to have the number to this phone), i said no and she apologized and hung up with no explanation.

Caller ID reads SSI. Waited 20 seconds after answering but no response so I hung up.
