This number just called my daughter about me . I haven’t called back yet . What do they say

It's a process server scam. Got a call from a "restricted number" (red flag 1, didn't answer, let them leave a voice message so I have this on recording), claimed to be "Pam" from the "Deschutes County process service division" (which doesn't exist, red flag 2, but sounded super dooper "official"). Had to be available to receive service at home and "place of employment" or "redirect" documents within 24 hours (a threat, red flag 3) or would be marked non compliant (which is a threat and they can't do that, red flag 4). And offered to have documents redirected "away" from the place of employment (threat: red flag 5). Claimed they were from "Warren Associates" (not a business in oregon, red flag 6). Failure to redirect documents would be marked as a "noncompliant" (yes, literally what they said, which indicates it's an idiot, a threat, and stupid: red flag 7). They said that the phone call serves as "legal notification", but called my number, in addition to my brother's and mother's numbers, which is NOT legal notification and more like someone sold our personal information and they used Google to find associated numbers (red flag 8). I called the county & courthouse: nothing (red flag 9). Called "Warren & Associates" in Oregon: nothing. (red flag 10). To protect my cell phone records, I called the Portland number from a landline (the one in question here) and was redirected to a very confused young woman at the San Diego California switchboard who didn't realize she was answering for them / was unprepared to be redressed about a scam phone call (red flag 11). She first claimed they existed in San Diego (red flag 12). Then got the "case number" and said there is a warren associates in Portland and gave the address - which led to the US Bankcorp tower in Portland, but is not listed there or locate-able via the internet and is a generic multi-business location where scammers like this, hide (red flag 13). I left them a number to call back at - and they didn't (red flag 14). So, I don't know how many red flags anyone needs, but if it's real, they screwed up because you can't threaten people.

Received a voicemail for my dad for more in Associates from this number everything in the above comments is exactly what they did to me I didn't pursue it just looked it up
