Perhaps your call was legitimate, however, scammers are known to spoof numbers.

Female called from 503-994-9032 and claimed to be from my health insurance company. She asked for the"parent or caretaker" of my child and knew my child's name and the name of our insurance company. She claimed she was doing an insurance survey. This is not a phone number for our insurance company and thus I suspect fraud. I told her to send me the survey by mail and she said she would see if she could do that.

They just called my cell around dinner time and asked for my partner. I said they weren't available and they kept pushing to schedule a call back and would not give me a number. Said they wanted to do a survey about their health care, but didn't mention the name of their insurance or where they see the doctor or anything. Felt very fishy to me.

This number calls every night to conduct a survey on DHS and your experience. Never been on DHS and they still call

Calls from this # occur almost every day of the week between 1:00-6:00 pm, and they always promptly hang up once the call goes to voicemail.
