Said they were Amazon, and to confirm order # or call back if not your order.

Received same type of call about a $400 charge.  This is the second call in three weeks.  The last caller was located in Connecticut.

Received this call supposedly from Amazon and to call back about an order.

Voice msg left notifying me of a purchase made, and if I didn't make this purchase call them right away. I called the number and man with heavy Indian accent says someone is using "my account" to buy an iPhone 11. Wanted me to go to my computer so he could show me. Probably wanted to give me a URL for a SCAM or Ransomware site.

Computer call saying a purchase was made in my account.

Two calls in 5 days. Verify supposed iPhone order from on amazon.

Female recording about Amazon purchase $379.00 charged to my plastic card.  What plastic card? Nothing but a SCAM. Fishing for info. Beware people.

Same as others - impersonating Amazon calling about "my order" and I should call back. Ummm...that would be NO!

Same exact experience as others... left a VM about a $379 charge to "plastic" card. NOPE!!!

Same message, but my machine cut off first part. I never respond to these out if state calls 99.9999% are scammers.

Same scam call as mentioned above!  They were from Amazon that I got charged 379 on my card or they would make a delivery.

They lied:  “You have been charged $3 hundred and 79 dollar, on your plastic card.   If you have made this purchase, on Amazon and recognize it; then simply hang up and your order will be delivered to you.   However, if you have not made any such transaction, then, please press 1 to talk our agent.  Or you can call us, now, at:  504-285-3885.”   {NOTE THE ROBOGIRL'S BAD GRAMMAR}

They’re getting cheaper - only noted  $9 charge at Amazon on my “plastic card”

They left a message 3/2/21, which was something like: "... $79 charged on your plastic card for an Amazon order. If it is a legitimate charge, you don't need to do anything and your order will proceed. If it is not your order, call 504-285-3885." We don't buy anything through Amazon, but we didn't call them back.

Message stated charge of $385 to Amazon.  Call the number if purchase was not made by me.  Verified that my Amazon account did not show any activity.  Did not return call.

Same exact message.  Plastic card?  Please!
