These guys are hardcore SCAMMERS; the fact alone they hang up on voicemail systems proves this. IF however you answer their call, you will speak to an actual con artist, who claims to be a "volunteer" with some "United Police / Fire & First Responder Coalition"....or something like that. And they want your $$$$ to go toward their cause--which DECEPTIVELY appears legit. And they will give you an actual working website THAT ALSO APPEARS DECEPTIVELY LEGIT---BUT IT TOO IS JUST AS BOGUS; DO NOT ENGAGE THE WEBSITE.  They wriggle around the Do Not Call Registry by appearing as a "charity".  They actually DO exist in Washington D.C. as a lobbyist group---who use $$$ they SCAM off innocent people; less than 1% actually does go to some semi-legit charitable cause--the 98% is split 3 ways: 1) Overhead costs ( items to give off that legit look ), 2 Administrative fees ( salaries for the partners to pay for their luxury homes, cars and other perks. ) and  3) Funds shifted to OTHER political agenda directions; your scammed $$$ may go to fund organizations you totally oppose ( but you don't of course, know this ). This particular phone number isn't even actually sourced IN Louisiana; the call actually is coming from Canada, of all places!!!
