    This number has called at least a dozen times in the past two days.  It asks me to press 1 to accept or 2 to send to voicemail.  No way I'm going to do either of those things.  Hello, block party!

    Some lady about US Grants today.  Not sure what the scam is.  She hung up on the third question.  I think someone with US Gov't grants would have better English.  And she didn't sound foreign either.
