I screen my calls, and they keep calling and hanging up without leaving a message.

Association of State Police looking for donations

Caller was looking for Donations for 'Kids Wish' charity (not A Child's Wish).  When I told her I had already given to A Child's Wish, she hung up.  Seemed suspicious.

I get calls from this number almost every day, sometimes multiple times. Very frustrating!

The creature who called tried to act like she knew my husband personally. I can't wait until she calls back! She's TOAST!

caller said he was wanting donations for state police, however, my dad retired from state police after 32 years and the Louisiana State Police DOES NOT request donations.  This is a SCAM.  Do not donate your hard earned money to these people.

Claimed to be Breast Cancer Awareness; however, I called the number back and it was a magic jack #. Really suspicious.

Please hold while we try to connect you - then disconnects. First call from this #, won`t be answering it again.

I heard that this is a scam to hack your bank accounts.

called and answered with the company name and they asked is colby home? I said i think u have the wrong number this is a business and she went into a big spiel about breast cancer donations and i said no thank you because we get a TON of solicitations and she started talking again so i just hung up. i don't know if its a scam because she said they mail you something to send ur donation which i have encountered before but it does seem sketchy that different people on this site are saying they called saying different organizations.

Someone from this phone number has called several times, but I've never been home to take the calls.  If they call back I'm going to pretend to be thrilled to donate to their charity, get their information and report them to the appropriate agency.

This person calls 3 times a day, often very early in morning and very late in evening, why does the public have to be terrorized by these jerks in our lifes which are too busy for their BS

Calls then hangs up. Hiding behind "Magic Jack" call system.

I got the same exact message when I called back saying it was something dealing with the magicJack.

I received a call from this number. I was told that they are asking for donations to assist with the LA Police officers union. I listened to his speech and then when I told him I did not trust this call I was promptly hung up on. This seems like a scam.

Scam line bounces & relays calls from a local number via Magic Jack.  Claims to be "State Police Association" which does not exist
