- CobyI was called with the same threats of jail, etc. They have my SSN, my Employer's name, Banking Information, address, etc. I have no idea who or what they are talking about. The jerk on the phone wouldn't give me any details about who I allegedly owed and said it would take two days to send me copies of the lawsuit. He also threatened to call the county sheriff and my job if I do not call him back by 4pm

- PamI received the same call. He threatened to put a warrant out for my arrest and call my employer. I'm not even employed. I am a stay at home mom. I think everyone who gets this call should call it back 15 times per day and leave messages so that he doesn't have time to do anything but listen to messages!

He got frustrated and hung up.

- Anna| 2 repliesI have received a call from a gentleman who states his name is Allen Cooper from the law offfice of Benjamin & Associates using the number #504-298-2409 he states that I owe him for a online payday loan company that I have taken a loan out through named American Advance I have never used this company I looked their number up online #901-384-0771 when I asked him to provide me with documentation he became very rude and advised me he didn't need to give me [***].. He advised me that he was going to be reading off the information and not to interrupt him at all and once he is done speaking I can ask questions...He then began to tell me I was going to jail for fraud and a felony and keeps demanding that I send him $500+ or he is calling the police immediately... I became very scared so I went into talk with my financial counselor to see if we can get the information faxed to her office he stated that he does not have to send over anything until I pay the account off and once he receives payment he will send over information... He wished me luck and told me this can unfold very badly for me and advised me to have a blessed day.... He has strong middle eastern accent and requested that I go to Walgreens and wire him the money immediately or he will be calling the police I asked him the address to his business to send over a money order as I will not be wiring any money and he stated that I can only wire money to resolve the debt that they do not accept those kinds of payments while he is screaming and cussing at me he is extremly rude he advised me their address is 400 Royal St. New Orleans, La 70130. However, I googled it and that's the address to the Louisana Supreme Court office.... I contacted the police dept to file a complaint as I became very scared that something could happen alos the attorneys general office... I also contacted the payday loan company he stated that I used and they advised me that they have been receiving thousands of calls a day and that this is a scam as they do not do online payday loans that they only have 3 small businesses out of Tennessee she advised me to contact a number as this is a scam and they have been trying to catch these people for awhile now... She insisted I give them no money at all....

- Concerned Healthcare ProviderOperator has been constantly calling a patient care area looking for an employee and demanding answers about the employees whereabouts, which is not information that can be given. "Russell Hawkins" has been very belligerent when calling and called this writer an "uneducated lady", when Russell was asked to spell his name and give his number during that call. After that call was ended the operator was transferred to police services by a different employee (after their first short conversation) but hung up and called the patient care area right back. Operator has been informed numerous times that he is calling a hospital patient care area and does not seem to care.
Writer later called back and asked to speak to a supervisor and was "connected" to "Scott Miles" . Scott was informed of the fidings and was informed that a complaint may be filed if these actions did not cease. Writer asked operator to contact client by mail or any other means of communication that they may have on record. Operator asked if writer would given client a message and writer stated yes. Call ended after approx. five minutes with around 3 unkown periods of silence.- Caller: Unkown
