there was a $4.92 charge on my credit card...no one is ever at this number and I left a message stating that I was going to report it.  I reported here and to my credit card company

The same thing happened to me. $4.92 charged to my bank card.Also in December there were two $4.97 charges from TKM games. Phone number there is 719-387-0811.

Yesterday I called both numbers,voice message on both. The message was left by the same person? Female with a British of Australian accent. I just been watching the charges. The bank says they can't do anything, just get a new card. Seems as though the charges are in two week intervals. Although under $5.00  isn't much money, just think $5.00 a thousand times, or 10 thousand times. I'm angry...what can we do. The credit card company can't do anything." Get an new card". We all know what that means, it's like someone steeling your wallet.
I have never purchased a game online.

the same thing with me. i have no idea how they got my #. i cancelled my card and the bank is doing a fraud investigation.i had to fill out alot of paper work.the lady at the bank told me that it happened to someone else and they will eventually take you for alot more. they wacked another account for $8,000 !!!!!they start out little so you wont notice then getcha for alot!hopefully they will get caught.

I had checkcard purchases from Skyryn games for 4.92 each.  The tel number on my bank statement for skyryn is 504-322-3520.  I don't know what this is.  Having it refunded and card cancelled.

They got me twice before I cancelled my card.  This obviously is a bogus charge.  The credit card company should have a way of universally blocking these companies.  Too much trouble to get a new card and file paperwork.

I haven't received a call from this number, but the number shows up on my bank statement with a charge for $1.92. I have one in Jan and another in Feb 2010. I called the number and left a message to try and find out what the charge is for.

First charge on my debit card in December, 2009 for $1.92, then second charge on 1/8/10 for $4.97 from TKM Games 719-387-0811, then third debit on 1/25/10 for $4.92 from SKYRYN GAM  504-322-3530.

Bank refunded my money, however, I had to cancel my debit card and get a new one.  I ONLY use my debit card every two weeks to get cash out of my bank's ATM machine!  I've never used by debit card online.

New pending charge on my Debit Card in February from SKYRYN with a phone number of 5046103983.  Having to get a new Card also.

They got me. I had to cancel my freaking card.

This is bullcrap, I think the credit card companies and banks should be able to block these charges once they are reported.  It is such a HASSLE to have to go through and change everything over to a new credit card number that I have automatically charging each month.  You would figure in this day and age with identity theft and such on the rise that the credit card companies and banks would be a little more cooperative when it comes to matters like this.

Never heard of the company and never been to Louisiana (504 area code). I'm usually careful with where I use my card but... I use it all the time, from online purchases to fuel stops so it could have been copied anywhere. I've certainly never lent it to anyone.

If others have never used their card for anything else but ATM withdrawals then what's the pattern? Is it a particular company?

I have had 2 charges from SKYRYN Games.  Both for $4.92 one in January and one in February.  The first time I thought it has been something I purchased and just forgot to right down but then it happened again and I know I didn't do it. I am going to the bank tomorrow to see if I can get my money refunded and close my account.

i too had noticed small charges on my bankcard for $4.92 or $1.92 etc and never gave it any thought. But yesterday just for kicks I googled the number and these messages came up letting me know that others had been duped too. I cancelled my card yesterday before they hit me big! I will do paperwork at my bank to report fraud and hopefull catch these scumbags.

I had the same issue.  Got a charge from TKM Games, Hopes & Dreams and most recently Fericulgames.com.  Had to cancel, as I hadn't even noticed.  First charges were for $4.97, last one was for $4.92.  Only 15 bucks, but you never know when they'll hit you hard.

On January 17, 2010 and February 16, 2010 I was charged $4.92 from SKYRNGAMES  504-322-3530? I called this number and left a voicemail.  I went online to find this company and could not.  I have reported this to my credit card company and now here.  I cannot get to anyone to find out what this is about and no way to cancel whatever it is.

I reported this to my bank who could have cared less. Well guess what, larger fraud charges for legitimate businesses then occurred a few weeks later. The Skyryn charges are 'testers'.

WARNING: change your card number & notify your bank if you see these charges.  This company did not call me & their number is not legit nor are they a real business. I live in LA and their address is in a different city than their phone area code.

I got my third charge from this "company" today and finally figured out that it wasn't me making the charges because i had only used my debit card twice since payday. So im glad i called my bank and cancelled my card after i read these so now they wont get me for more. i also got a charge for $12.00 from Timothy P. Connall a plastic surgeon based in Oregon but the charge was in Nevada. Has anyone esle got a charge from them also?

I've had the same thing happen to me. I'm wondering - Does everyone suffering from this have T-Mobile as their cellular provider? That would be very interesting, as I have it and I bought a game on my phone bill - I'm wondering if these guys have access to T-Mobile's database.

yes - just realized happened to me starting in Dec in 14 day intervals (they were kind enough to skip Christmas). long distance calls (don't even recall answering) from Hope and dreams, Skyryn games, TKM games, and ferriculgames.com is latest. Amounts are 4.97, 4.92, or 1.92. $20.00 total or so but scary that it can happen. Headed to bank tomorrow morning.
