- Scammed#312 replies to pilsnerWell, I am unhappy to report that they got me too. Same names, TKM Games, Skyrn Games and Hopes and Dreams. Increments of 4.92, 4.97 and 1.92. Cancel you cards immediately even though it will be a hassle as obviously Skyrn Games is still in business. The police need to show up at this house and give them a nice surprise. I am working on that one!!!!!
- DaphneI've had the same problem for the past few months on my debit card. I NEVER user my debit card to purchase anything on line. The company that is charging me is FERICULGAMES.COM. I have accessed their website and tried calling their support and help numbers, as well as sent several emails. None of my calls or emails have been returned. All of the numbers some of you listed above have been disconnected and are no longer in service.
I don't have T-Mobile as a cellular proivder. The only thing I can think of is that I am a frequest user of Shockwave.com. Do you think these companies are hacking the shockwave.com site and getting account numbers that way? Just a thought. Right now, I'm grasping at straws and extremely frustrated.

PISSED!!! - pennie replies to unknown charges in MNThanks for the information...........
- Fraud FERICULGAMES.COM.03-19-2010 - charged $4.92 from FERICULGAMES.COM. They obviously stole my credit card info because I use Paypal to make any purchases online. I received instant credit through from my bank and this fraud company must provide proof of my purchase to receive my money again. I highly doubt they will respond. Just call your bank and have the charge disputed. Then you may want to report your credit card lost/stolen and receive a brand new one in the mail within a few days.

Please be advised we at Fericulgames are not charging anyones' account. In short, our payment gateway has a 5 prong test for debit card transactions;
1. Your address;
2. Your zip cope;
3. Your security code on the rear of the card;
4. Your PIN, and:
5. Your or the expiration date of the card.
No one should have this information besides you and your financial institution.
However, if you watch CNN and other informative programs you will find that culprits are constantly breeching the security of financiall institutions and using our debit cards to purchase products and services online. Thus, we are not the culprits. Anyone with the correct information can purchase any products or services online. When you see a charge that you did not authorize you should have not card cancelled immediately. Yes, I agree it irritating to be charged 4.92. Howvever, if you sincerely want to assist in shutting down the real culprit when you apply and receive you new card write down every place that you use that card and only use in 2 or 3 places. That way when if your information is compromised, you can look at where you used your card and find out had that merchant had any security breeches. We regret that some person or persons with less than good morales and ethnics are breeching financail institutions security and wrongfully using our information to make unauthorized purchases of product and services online.
In the alternative. we have a 5 prong test in place to access our services/games online:
1. your address;
2. your zip code;
3. the expiration date on your card;
4. your PIN, and:
5. the security card on the rear of your card.
Only you and/or your financial institutiion should have this information. I suggest you go to CNN or any informative news program and you find that culprits are constantly breeching the security of financial institutions via the world wide web or physically breaking only to steal our information and make purchases online. Believe me you are lucky, we paid for two 800.00 laptops for our business account that we never ordered. We are not the culprits.
Sincerely yours,
Frank

We did not charge your card. Our payment gateway has a 5 prong test for our customers to access or games/services,
1. Your address;
2. Your zip code;
3. The 3 digit security code on the rear of your card;
4. Your 4 to 8 digit PIN, and;
5. The expiration date on the card.
Your information has been compromised and/or breeched and some person or persons with very low morals and ethnics is using your information to access our website. Please go to CNN online and find how criminals are breeching the security of financial institutions. Lately the coportate building for Comerica was broke into and the computers where stolen. What do you think the crooks are going to do with that information. They are going to use to purchase products and services online. Thus, we are not the culprits and I am sorry that the culprits used your information to access my services. You should cancel your card and when you receive your new card only use in two or three places and when an unauthorized purchase you will have a place to begin and find out where the breech occurred.
Sincerely yours,
Frank - Frank Stanz COO Fericulgames replies to Bob| 2 repliesLadies and Gentleman:
The individuals and companies that provide services and games online are not the culprits. We have test. If the culprit/scumbag has your PIN, address, zip, security code on the rear of the card, and the expiration date then that person can purchase almost anything online. The culprits will start with small purchases to find out if the information they have stolen is good. People stop blaming the small business for something that is a far larger problem. Cancel your cards. Only make purchases in 2 or 3 places and record them so we can locate the breech or in better words where the culprits broke and stole you information.
Sincerely yours,
Frank - Frank Stanz COO Fericulgames replies to Daphne| 2 repliesI believe I have addressed your concern. If not please cancel your card because your information has been compromised. We do not have your information nor do I want to wrongfully charge anyone who has not utilized my website. Please understand that some JACK*** has stolen your inforamation and is using it to access/play the games on my website. When you obtain a new card only use in two or three places and watch your account.
Sincerely yours,
Frank - A "duped" consumer replies to Frank Stanz COO FericulgamesTo you, Frank-
If the small business is not to blame, then they will be available by their published customer service number, which clearly identifies their company, and they will cancel any pending charges. Any action short of that, makes them complicit in the theft. I called the number on Fericulgames.com website and it is voicemail, only saying, "The person you are trying to call is not available. Please leave a message." Right. I am going to leave more of my info on some anonymous voicemail. NOT. They use debit cards because they are harder to dispute than credit cards. The bank will not halt the charge until the money has been taken from your account. Then it will go into some endless dispute cycle. If you bank screws you with this, close all your accounts and take your money elsewhere. You may find out that you had cards sent to you that you never received. Take my advice. Use online banking with realtime transaction information, and watch your stuff like a hawk. An uncooperative bank does not deserve your business. - A "duped" consumer replies to Frank Stanz COO FericulgamesFrank- you have not addressed ANYONE'S concerns. If you had, you would be available via contact information on your website. My opinion is that your website is a FRAUD FRONT to test stolen information distributed in lists to criminals. If you are innocent, Frank, then post your company's street address and a real telephone number which will be answered by a human being in the U.S. Registered to do business someplace? Share that information to clear your name. Your name. Hah! That isn't even your real name.
- Stuart| 3 repliesFrank Stanz sounds like he's full of crap. Fericulgames.com and similar sites (copycats or same people?) are racking up fraudulent charges all over the place. Their websites are either fake, or false fronts with legitimate aspects for the purpose of mining small, unnoticeable charges from God-knows how many people.
Frank - Are all these fraudulent charges from hackers stealing account information just for the purpose of buying cheap games? Give me a break. This is a scam, and you're in on it.
To the other posters, I doubt they'll ever "hit you big." Their scheme seems more cautious to charge small amounts to stay under the radar. But my advice is to cancel your credit/debit cards, get new ones, and files claims against whatever website charged you. - StuartHere's another website talking about it:
