They call, I don't recognize the number therefore I decline it, they do not leave a message. Whoever does this (telemarketer, spammer etc) on several occasions somehow simply uses the same number but is somehow capable (maybe a computer program) of changing the last two digits thus attempting to disguise their dastardly deeds because I have also received calls from the same exact number but the last two digits have been 62, 63, 66 and 70. I will never answer a call I do not recognize. If it is important or someone I know, then a message will/should be left...period!
