It's portfolio recovery, it enough people would file lawsuits against this company they will stop all the calls. So far I have recorded 110 calls from this company and their robo dialers. My suit is $165k and building.

Portfolio Recovery is a legitimate debt collection agency, albeit one with a nasty reputation.  When dealing with debt collectors, it behooves you to head the advice of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.  Read here:
