Out of the office text for July the 4th looks like a scam to me. No name

I would think it was a reminder that nobody will be in the office for the 4th of July, so how is that a scam? Seems more like a messaging service for doctors.

Got thie same message saying, "Thanks! You'll now receive Patient Alerts from Camp Pain. Msg&data rates may apply. Txt HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out." I never signed up for any Camp Pain and I didn't respond to the text.

Text messages saying Dr Weinstein is retiring from Annapolis MD pulmonary practice. Why is this coming through a 505 ABQ NM, where I used to live until 2020, number? The info looks legit but why  am I and others getting different types of calls from this number?

This phone number texted me saying my provider wanted me to watch two screening videos before my test and sent me a link.
