After my Good Morning greeting, live caller-with-an-accent breathlessly asked to speak to a specific employee (procurement department) by first and last name.  She hung up instead of answering a typical business question:  Who's calling? I dialed the number back to feign regret at having 'missed the call' but heard only the sad sound of a slow busy signal.
