    I keep receiving calls from this phone number, but the person doesn't leave a message.  Since this annoying person can't identify him or her I would ask for the calls to be canceled.

    You are wasting your time and effort requesting that here.

    This site is not connected to your caller and is not a communications channel to them.
    The purpose of this site is so that people can report calls they received and let others know who called and why they called.

    It is up to you to work to stop the calls.  You could "block" the number, but that does not actually stop them from calling, it just stops your phone from ringing and tells them nothing about your desire to have them stop.  Not answering the calls as you have been doing (as you indicated by "... but the person doesn't leave a message.") and hoping they will magically sense your desire for them to stop has not worked for you, has it?
    You need to actually answer a call from them and tell them to stop.
