the company appear to be called "quality health" and i suspect they are linked in some way to "pure g health". the reason for this is we ordered some meds form pure g and they decided to charge for the trial product before it arrived, and after a few emails back and forth they cancelled the subscription, however exactly one month after the first subscription was taken without consent, this second amount was taken by "quality health".
Highly annoyed, especially as this is from my current account and my bank says there is no way of stopping the payments, even by cancelling the cards! Think i am going to have to close my account! - shaneIt is one company that keeps changing its name as a disquise. There are numerous complaints all over the web from the USA to the UK to Australia. The company is called Pure G Health, Quality Health, Pura G Vital, Guarana Pure, Puralift, etc. They all use the same tactics and disguises.

I too was stung with a charge of $80.75 after ordering a trial size bottle of Resveratrol. I was aware of the terms & conditions at the time of placing my order. I was not satisfied with the product, as 14 days is not enough time to see any real results. I have since been trying to cancel my order, so I would not be charged the $80.75, but to no avail. I have spoken to a customer service rep twice at the 506-638-9243 number (I was on hold for about 20 minutes before someone would answer) and both times the rep stated I would receive an e-mail within 24 to 48 hours with a return address, so I could return the unused portion and not be charged. I asked the rep to give me the return address while I was on the phone with her, but she said she couldn't...that info would be sent to me via e-mail from another department. It has now been over three weeks and still I have received no e-mail's with a return address from this company to return the unused portion. After the $80.75 charge, I immediately cancelled my bank card thru my bank and they issued me a new one, so this company could no longer charge my account. I would be more than happy to return the unused portion to them so I can be credited the $80.75, but no one from the company will supply me with the return information. And I know, I never will receive an e-mail from them...this is the game playing they do with people. It's an easy way for them to keep your money and you have no way to get them to send you an e-mail with info to return items back to them. They just ignore you and hope that you will get so frustrated you'll just give up and they have your money...that's all they care about. They don't care about the customer at all. Well, this customer will be persistent until I get some satisfaction...I won't give up! My advice...never order trial sized products over the internet...if it's too good to be true...it usually is.

Mid-June 2009 I (foolishly) ordered from an add on the computer (unfortunately cannot find the site) for Tripleupherbal (an anti wrinkling pill, I am 75 and need all the help I can get) for a free 15 day trial order. Pills arrived from China, all script in Chinese except my address & phone #, saved the packaging. Had the expected $3.95 shipping charge put on my account, paid it. The ad stated 15 day free trial, pay shipping only.
In 13 days from the mail date (how do you try it for 15 days when they bill you before you have even had it for 15 days) I received a credit card charge of $79.95 for the Tripleupherbal. If??? it was in their ad it was printed so small I could not find it. A "Customer Support Vital Rezv" <andy.mondeo11@gmail.com> sent email quote "As you have not emailed us that you would like to return us the unused portion of the pills at the end of 15 days, we thank you for the acceptance of our product and we have now charged your order (####>>>)$79.95 for the product received. etc. etc.
I shot off an email to good old Andy and asked for an address to return the product to. No reply.
Called the # for Qualityhealth 506-638-9243 (someplace in Canada) for the address. She only takes orders, has no idea what the address to return is.
Called the credit card company, talked with a lovely lady and very helpful. I am probably stuck, she said they are very careful and somewhere in the fine print they got ya!
I am struggling with how much effort I want to expend on this. Since Dr. Oz is a big proponent of this stuff, maybe we should try and go through Oprah and see if she can cut off this scam business.
I should have known better and take 90% responsibility of this mess.

I know for a FACT that OPRAH and RACHEL RAY do not endorse the Acai Berry products - as they both have this disclaimer on their websites.
If you check Dr Oz's site - I'm sure you it will be on his website too.
The other scam - is claiming "AS FEATURED ON" CNN, NBC etc. What that means is that this scam has a commercial that airs on those channels only - not that they actually endorse the product.. - MRS. FRANKI too have this number charging my credit card various amounts. I have tried calling this number over and over. I was on hold for 41 minutes, then was hung up on. I have 2 charges - the first was for $79.95, 2nd $85.90....I'm livid. I did leave a voicemail message, however nobody ever returned my call. What a scam!!!

- strawberryI havent had a call from them , but I ordered goods from an advert on fb, was supposed to be free trial only $9 or something for shipping, I went to use my card later on which is a debit card not a credit card and they had taken 46 pound , I phoned them they said they could not cancel the free trial but cancelled future orders. that remains to be seen, and if i returned the free trial they would not take the money from my account, money was taken and have not received goods, all I did get was a tooth whitening stick, I never even ordered that. Was supposed to be puralift for area around eyes. So advice dont order they are a big con, I dont know what to do about them, any advice would be appreciated I want my money back.
