This is a health advocate for medical insurance.  EX: If you have asthma, they help you manage your health.  They typically don't harass you and just check in periodically and update you on new options available for you.

You have the right to disclose anything to your health insurer. Anything you say can and will be used against you to raise premiums and deny coverage.

You also have the right to disclose NOTHING. Leave health care to the health care providers not the middlemen!

Got this call from phone # of 5074078515.  They left a message to have us call back to speak with a personal coach.  I know I don’t have anything of the sort.

they didn't leave any message and besides my insurance is out of Georgia not Minnesota.

They called again and this moron knows how to hang up so the answer machine has to pick up the dial tone.
If this imbecile would leave a message instead of calling and waking me up it would be different.
If the company is so concerned about our health, they would leave a message and not be a prat.
