Claims to be from Spectrum Business about my account.

Same here, & gave an old address for the reason of the call, an address where I used to work, not home!! Said his name was Tony & his extension is 0338. I'm gonna call Spectrum & find out! 😋

Said he is from Spectrum. Wanted to talk to account owner. Said his name was Justice. Not sure if it was legit or not.

Called, and when he says where he is from, purposefully says it so you can't understand it. Didn't even have my correct first name!!!

Left voice message for account owner, not really from Spectrum as far as I can tell.

She verified our address but the caller ID said payson

Justin says he's from Spectrum and wants to lower our bill, sounds like a scam

507-287-4058 is a legitimate telephone for Spectrum Small and Medium Business Department which works exclusively with business accounts providing telephone internet and streaming video services.  This department does not do residential sales and does not work with residentials customers.

Cold calling from "Spectrum" trying to sell internet, landline, and mobile to businesses. No thanks.

Received a call today from this number, it was a Charter business sales rep and was able to help me lower my bill and get tv streaming

American caller said he is calling from Spectrum Business on a recorded line.  I asked why on a recorded line and he said, "for quality and training purposes."
