Man with heavy accent,, says we owe money, or police will be called, it is a scam, cause I know I don't owe money.

Got the same phone call saying that i applied for s loan said they would call my job

I got 50 phone calls from these Arabic speaking people. They keep calling my phone. They state that I owe money, i never took out a loan and I told them that. They in returned told me that they are going to kill my family and [***] me up. They called many more times stating that they were going to come to my house and [***] me up and called me plenty of [***]. I never could get a clear answer about the law suit paper work they stated they had. I believe It is a scam. THEY REALLY NEED TO STOP CALLING!!!

The same thing has happened to me.  They said i took out a loan through Cash Advance,  they wanted me to pay them and not let this go to a court system.  They told me that the money was put in my bank account,  then they told me my bank couldn't get involed with the issue.  Would not even talk to me about the supossed loan.  Check my account and there was no record of it.  After i talked to my bank i called him back, and confronted him of his scam, and then he told me i was going to be put in jail on three charges something about a federal banking law, check fruad, theft by delicance.  He told me his name was { ALEX RODRIGUEZ}

Got a message from these people fron DFS or DFF couldnt really understand the man he stated his name was Oscar Smith. told me that I have a claim again my name and social number  from a tax division and I need to call back to clear this up or I would be going to jail. OMG really if it were that seriuos wouldnt I have received something by carrier or in the mail or rather wouldn't the IRS contact me formally?  I dont think this would be coming from  a prepaid phone that I use.

I got the same call say they put money in my back account I research and find nothing for a deposit from Cash Advance .. He told me his name Alex Rodrigues also !!! Says I owe them $577.00

So sick of these foreign people calling me.... stating that i owe money for a loan...and i that i have never taken a loan with anyone.....they called repeatedly harassing my 84 year old grandmother.....trying to get information about my banking account....ss#.....they are frauds....do not give them any information ....and wen u dont give them the information they want he told me to "[***]" not professionals @ all...

I am the office manager for a company in Detroit and I get the same calls asking for a co worker and she said she don't owe money and he has used the worst language ever wish he would stop

I had a person by the name of David call my residence for my brother-in-law saying he was from the legal department of and agency. I told him that he does not stay here and not to call but to send something in writing he refused saying until I tell him to call i will keep receiving that phone calls. Since I use to be a supervisor at a collections agency legal department I automatically knew it was a scam. So i had fun with them I called them several times and harrassed them until he finally told me to stop calling him. I called a total of 25 times asking him how did it feel. He then called back the next day and I told him that I was my brother-in-law and told him to just sue me and move on. He then said that he will make me lose my job, in which I replied I have all day to make you not scam anyone else by clogging his line with my phone call. Im waiting to see if they call back either way Im going to call them back until they get the point that not all Americans are stupid!

I cursed him out he started talking crazy to me then said he wouldn't stop calling and calmed back to back making advanced at me.

hello all! anyway this guy with a heavy indian accent named Alex Rodriguez says he;s from DFF or something says i owed money and to settle out of court just western union him 500 and my case would be taken care of he said that if i dont cooperate that i will lose my job and my whole life would be runion.He called me from this number #508-313-2174

I have had these SAME IDIOTS calling us for over 3 weeks. They are middle eastern. I had to change my home number. They have called from private #, 000-0000, a payphone TWICE, that I couldn't track back to, and now from this 508-313-2174. They have cursed and yelled at both me and my husband stating that we took out a loan from Cash Advance, and that we should have read the small print because we owe over 700. in interest fees. This is such bull. We did apply for pay day advance loan for 255. and cash advance was paid back immediately out of our next paycheck 5 days later. They are now calling my husbands Co. Yesterday they called his office 45 times demanding $! My husband has now been threatened by the owners of his CO. that he may lose his job over this. We filed a police report for harassment with our city against these scammers. The officer called this 508 # and the guy who claims to be ALEX started yelling at the officer and told him to arrest my husband immediately. What creditor does that? Well, the officer asked ALEX for his CO. info, and he told the officer that his info was that they were listed as www.unitedcashamerica.com and also said they work with Cash Advance America out of San Diego. He lied to the officer. This was all false. AND..... they called my husband's work AGAIN 40+ times this morning, after the officer told ALEX that this was harassment, and not to call my husband's work! And his CO. also filed a police report with their local police dept. They were able to block the 508 area code from the CO. this morning. I have googled cash advance scams, and all of our stories sound the same. I believe these people are tapping into actual loans that were applied for, and were able to intercept their private info. from their applications. And now they are demanding checking and routing #s so they can rob your bank account. I am filing a report with the FBI and may even go to the media to warn others tha may be going thru the same emotional distress. If they continue to call you, tell them that you reported them to the FBI. Another victim said they stopped calling her after she told them that. However, I am actually going to do it. I LOVE THIS!!! And yes, this is how they try to get you to pay....They treaten your job by harassing them to get you to pay, as well as threatening to have you thrown in jail. It furiates me that they do think that Americans are this stupid!

I didn't get a call from this number but Alex Rodriquez has called me from a (617-531-0453), and two other numbers (213)825-1150 which is a Los Angeles California number and another number TDM Servers (213)344-4810.  He has harassed me at home and at work.  Called me a liar, thief and a crook.  This man is seriously crazy.  I paid him 600 dollars and now he says I owe 840 dollars in fees.  I also filed a police report and filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the Atty Generals Office but I am going to report them to the FBI also,
