Caller ID is just the phone number.  They leave no message.  They call 3 times in one day!!!  So they fail to identify themselves; they leave no message, and they call obnoxiously.  I can't say that I appreciate any of this.

I call back after hours (using *67 to block my number).  I call between 10 PM and 11 PM eastern time.  Surprisingly, I reach a live operator.  He identifies his group as the "Conservative Strike Force".  I hang up.

I google their name.  In my opinion, they are SCAMMERS.  One site reports that they give 2% of their donations to candidates.  They solicited donations for Virginia republican gubernatorial candidate Ken Cuccinelli.  This was done without his permission.  He sued them as virtually none of the money raised actually went to his campaign.  Conservative former Rep. Allen West filed a complaint against them with the FEC.  Then they have the balls to mention the latter on their website.

They have called me twice to three times a day for 3 straight days now. No message each time.
