"Rachael at card holder services" again.  Geez I thought she died.

Somebody posted elsewhere that the owner of the robo caller is an Andy Higgins from California.  Said his cell number is 916-223-6311.  Would appreciate it if he would stop calling my number daily.

That's what I don't get about this scam.  How can it last so freaking long given how damn INCOMPETENT they are about it?  

They make zero effort to screen their calls of people who will obvious not fall for it.  Their operators constantly have to waste time cursing people out.  Their operators put zero effort into the scam.  You'd think the guys running the scam would notice that their operators spend more time telling potential scammies to suck did then they do getting people's credit card info.

Wow!  Which prison is he in?  I didn't know cell numbers went up that high!  ;-)

Just called my cell phone.  Since I have Mr. Number installed, it recognized it as potential spam, so I didn't answer, then added it to by blocked callers list on my Galaxy S4.

"Press 1" means you have confirmed they reached a real live person. You are now at the top of their list to be harassed with frequent daily calls, up to 3 or 4 times a day.

Any other response also means you have confirmed they reached a real live person. Same result.

These scum-suckers are thieves and liars. They will not remove your number, no matter what their recording says, nor what their live operator does.

The only way to slow down the thieves' calls is to actively Block or Reject any call which comes from an area code you don't recognize. If you are persistent in blocking/rejecting EVERY call from a weird number you can get them to slow down. This can take 6 to 12 weeks of persistence, but it does work. It's the only method that does. I used to get calls from them 3 times a day, now I get called only 2 times a week.

5 calls in 4 days-  it always seems out of order when I call back.  No messages.

Called again today! I think next time I'm going to tell the person on the phone to record this conversation and turn it over to your local police because I'm going to hunt them down and kill thier entire family! When the police come knocking on my door I will at least know who they are.  I can turn over my phone records. These SCUM have been calling me 3 times a day for 2 years

I hear Rachel had an affair with Ann, the other caller that keeps annoying everyone.  I read somewhere that you should ask for free phone sex when they call.

James, we agree "If Edward Snowden can read my e-mails and texts and listen to my phone calls, then the government can track these people down and stop this for once and for all, but they won't do it."  Please refer the telemarketer co-ordinates to the drone program and put our tax money to work.

I just love it when they call.  I basically no longer answer my cell if I don't recognize the number.  Then I hurry and get to Google to find the number and come to these sites.  Then I start giggling with all the funny stories.  These guys are as creepy as bed bugs!!!

They call everyday I don't answer thanks to those who posted responses so I knew not to answer.

I just read an article saying "Rachael" was shut down. Sounds like "Not So". Unfortunate.

There have been several "Rachael"  operations shut down.  The scam is so productive to the scammers that each time one gets shut down,  another pops up.  There were 2  "Rachael" operations shut down in 2012.   Actually,  one was shut down in 2011 but didn't go to court until early 2012.    The Queen [***] heading it up got 17 1/2 years in prison,   her husband got 10 years for abetting and a couple of workers got 2 years each.   I don't know the outcome of the other "Rachael"  that was shut down.   Also,  there have been more than one "heather" operation that has been prosecuted over the years.   Those buggers just keep popping up as quickly as they can be stomped...
