Left a message saying I'm sued by IRS, which I'm not aware of yet. Asked me to call their department.

Recorded message saying that this is my final warning that the IRS is taking action against me. This is the 3rd call I received from them. I filed a complaint against them with the actual IRS after the 2nd call. The call is from WA state, and I have no dealings in that state.

I just called them back and let them have it! they are fake! do not give them your information! they asked me if I knew Justin Bieber! WTF!

We also are being sued by the IRS.   Woooo, shaking in my boots!!  Did not answer.

Final notice from IRS.....called my cell. I blocked the number but a few hours later got another call but number was a little different. +509 2074047 Haiti

Same ph# as other callers, stated final notice and I was being sued by the IRS and to call immediately--Attempted to call number and no answer. My plan was to tell whoever answered to "Get a real Job!" I did file an online complaint with treasury.gov to report #.

Same here, got the same msg they called at 255pm. I honestly think if the IRS is going to use you, they would not call and warn you!
I just don't understand how or why this continuously happens, it seems like there is always new scam after scam after scam!
When is the law going to finally do something about this crap?! How come it is so easy for people to buy your information, then scam you, then no consequences ever seem to happen, by the time all the investigations are completed against these said individuals causing these types harassments, etc. Then they have figured out more ways to try to scam!
When is enough going th o be enough!

A similar message was left on our answering machine. We are in no trouble with the IRS. This is a hoax.

I never answer unknown numbers but they left voicemail. I am being sued by the IRS -- robocall. Riiiiiiight. SCAM. Reported.

Just got that same message on my VM.

Called at 6:30am! Same bogus message as listed here, being sued by IRS, total garbage.

They called.me too.  I block my number and called them back 82x. Keep ordering curry.  They hang up

IRS spam caller

This number called me saying I owe the IRS but I am disabled and have not filed taxes in years.  When I told them this, they hung up on me.

IRS doesn't call and leave messages such as these.
Please let the authorities know about these illegal calls.

When i called this number i was told there was a lawsuit pending against me from the irs. As i talked to the man about it being a fraud call he hung up on me.This is a scam. Do not call them back.

OMG OMG OMG The IRS is after me! They have filed a lawsuit! OMG OMG OMG. I shouldn't have used that Dracula postage stamp when I filed my return last year. Better send them that Green Dot money order right away!

They called me at 246
