- Lp replies to Mike KabbekoI feel like if it really were the IRS, their website would have popped up on our Google search within the first few results. ...? Haha
- Jcalled and said I was being sued by the IRS. WTF?
- c| 1 replyGave me a case number and everything, I went to the real IRS website and reported this fraud.
The IRS will never call you on the phone and they have no need to sue you! They will just FREEZE you ASSETS!
Do not give them any personal information and file a report online with the treasury service.- Caller: IRS
- tiberiousI got the same [***] call. The IRS will send you something in writing!! Really get tired of the scams.
- notafoolThis is a scam.
- MD| 2 repliesGot a call from this number. Didn't answer. A voice message was left saying the IRS was suing me and for me to call this number. I don't think so. IRS doesn't call to tell you you are being sued. And since the call came in before 8 am I knew no government worker would be working before 8am. I'm getting so tired of these bogus calls. Last month it was bogus bill collectors. NEVER give personal info over the phone. Not even to God. Don't even respond to tell these people they got the wrong party or in any way respond, because they even use this info to add to data banks.

Ignore the call! - BarbI got two calls this mornings from the same number,,,the IRS is going to sue me. It is very annoying especially when they call early in the morning, I hung up on them both times so not sure what else they were going to tell me. It appears that it is coming out of Republic WA.

- cindy replies to MD| 1 replyGot numerous calls this morning. When pushed to identify himself, he put another man on the phone who said he "wanted me". I put my husband on the phone and he told my husband "I'm your father you mother f-------". My husband said "nice mouth" and the guy hung up. Clearly these are bogus calls and we need to report them. I've had about six calls this morning alone.
- TranI got the same call in the early morning, threatening to jail me if I dont pay up the $8,900 usd and even escalated to a supervisor when I said I dont have the money. Clearly a scam. 509 207 4100
- acgHad same calls this morning. automated voice indicating I'm going to be sued.
- Linda AndersonSaid, they had been trying to get a hold of me that it was the IRS and if I didn't call them they would sue me. For what. Person on the recording messed up a couple of times on what they were saying. Not professional. IRS would never let a message out like that
- Caller: Says IRS
- Call type: Debt collector
- Lp replies to ChristinaI received 2 calls from the same number with the same vm. Then I blocked the number but still received 2 more times of the same vm (this is all with a 6 hour period today).... asgressive scammers.
- Scammer-BusterLeft two messages within a couple hours of each other saying "IRS Services" wants to sue me. Yeah, right. They're not only lying scammers, they're stupid lying scammers. Needless to say, you should never even answer the phone when they call, let alone tell them anything they want to know.
- Caller: They say IRS, actually just THIEVES
- Free replies to cI got 3 calls from them, also. I went to FTC.gov and filed a consumer complaint. You can also got to donotcall.gov and file a telemarketing call complaint, especially if your number is on the do not call list. I think it's very important these scammers get shut down before someone loses money or their identification.
- Anonymous replies to cindyI received several calls from this number. When I asked him to identify himself he told me he was officer John Smith from the IRS.. I told him it was a bogus name and didn't match his accent.. He then started to try and initiate a phone sex conversation with me.. He was very explicit and graphic and I also handed the phone to my husband who had already been listening to him on speaker.. Seems like we may have had the same individual.. I reported to local police and also to the IRS.. Have not received any calls today so I'm thinking they may have been shut down..
- Crash replies to Mike Kabbeko509-920-4100 called my 90 year old mother concerning a Microsoft computer. My mother knows nothing of computers and I've never had a Microsoft.
