i received a call from a private number telling me i won 7k.  The woman had a VERY thick accent which I could barely understand.  They said I won 7k from a government grant that I would never have to pay back but to just use it wisely and to not spend it on stupid stuff.  They gave me a # to call back immediately (509-207-4102).  I called just to see what the catch was and another lady with a VERY thick accent answered. I gave her the number that the first lady gave me and she proceeded to tell me that the government randomly selected 1700 people in my state alone to receive this money.  I was amusing myself at this point so I listened the best I could to what the lady was telling me.  She said I had to go to the nearest store that had western union and to call her back so that my identity could be verified.  I said okay sure.  She then told me I had to send $210.00 to show proof I was who I said I was lol.  At this point I just hung up the phone.  Hope this helps anyone else who receives these scam calls.
