Did you apply for a grant? That is he first step in obtaining one. The next thing the caller will say is that you need to send him money - illegal!!

Just recieved a call. They asked for me by name and said I would recieve a $9,000.00 grant if I called this number 509-207-4168 and confirmed after buying a prepaid credit card so funds could be deposited today (it's currently 5:39PM)
