Said a lawsuit was being filed. Cpa said it was probably a scam.

Msg that IRS filing lawsuit against me and I must call this number.

This was a final notice that IRS was filing lawsuit against me.  Call this number immediately.

Message left early morning that the IRS was filing lawsuit against me. Completely ridiculous since they were not leaving a message for a specific person. Something like this would likely come certified mail. Computer generated voice. I hope no one calls these clowns back!

Got this voice mail yesterday. Computer generated. No name mentioned. Said IRS was filing lawsuit against me and to call on 509-207-4630 for details. SCAM! Reported to local law enforcement on the non-emergency number.

Same thing here. They called from another number before so I just laughed

The caller said they were the IRS.  They could not give me an IRS employee number.  They gave me a ficitious one.  This group needs to be found and arrested.  They are after money.

I work for the IRS.

Please furnish information on this group.

This is the second time I've received this message.  First on my cell, then on my house line.  Still not calling back.  GIVE IT UP... I'M NOT FALLING FOR YOUR BS!

Called back.   I laughed when a heavily accented male said it was the IRS.  He then said 'listen [***]'   and used an obscenity in reply.   Not very elegant on my part but this is clearly a scam

Experience much the same as others have described above.  Male with heavy accent on recorded message.  IRS filing lawsuit against me.  Last chance.  Call immediately.

The IRS would send you a letter to inform you of an impending Audit. Disregard this call and DO NOT CALL 509-207-4630 IT IS A SCAM. IT IS NOT THE IRS..............

Computer generated voicemail "Please call this number immediately"  no other message.

I just recieved a voicemail from this number stating "important message about your case file Please call this number immediately". I actually tried to call the number and it was busy tone. TOTAL SCAM!

Got the same call an hour ago (5:45 Eastern time).  I'm old, but am still smart enough to recognize a scam.  Just don't answer calls if I don't recognize the number.

We got a call claiming that the IRS was suing us and requesting we call 509-207-4630 to "look up the file".  This is clearly an abusive scam and should be shut down immediately.
