I got a call from this number, but have no idea who it is. Didn't answer, no message left.

I just hate getting these calls on my cell.  It takes up my minutes AND my time.  I have to pick up all calls on my cell due to a disabled family member.  Isn't it ILLEGAL to make these calls to cell phones?  I'm thinking of petitioning congress to pass a law that would obligate all telephone providers to CUT OFF numbers that are used for this purpose.  There should also be a way to press criminal charges against these people.  It wouldn't stop them all, but it would get a lot more expensive to harrass people if they had to keep getting new numbers and hire lawyers.

got a call from this number. when i picked up they asked about putting home security in my house and then I said Hey i dont have a house and the lady said oh im sorry i have the wrong number lol and she quickly hung up.

I got a call from this number also on march 16th at 10:41am.
