Got call and ignored it. Call back and get busy signal. Its like every month a random number calls n i call back n get busy signal, where do tele marketers get my cell number?

Just got a call from this number on my cell in the middle of a meeting. 11:10 AM March 8 2012. Hit ignore button real fast to make phone shut up. No message. I use different ringtone for "whitelisted" numbers so strange ones can be identified without looking at phone. Looked it up after meeting was done.

Received a call from this number on my cell phone.  Rejected the call - unknown number!

ADDED THE NUMBER TO MY BLOCKED CALLER LIST.

I got the same # about 20 min.ago ,called back and it beep,and a busy signal came on
