Called on my cell phone, did not pick up since I did not know the number. Let it go to voice mail no message was left.

Number called, I answered and they immediately hung up.

I picked up, they hung up.

recieve calls on work number and cell number.  when answering loud freggn horn

What a bunch of creeps. There should be laws against them calling our cell phones when we have to pay for the minutes to answer the call or call them  back when we think we might have missed a call from someone. It does cost us the consumer a price for them calling.

Same here.  Just called my cell.  When I tried to answer, think the call got dropped.
