Spam call looking to buy houses. They are violating the FTC Do Not Call List.

This phone number keeps calling and calling . Never leaves messages. once again violating federal do not call list.

Multiple calls from this number combination - we don't answer calls from unknown numbers.

I have blocked this number on my cell, so now it shows up as unknown. They leave a message & suddenly the number of 509-215-4073 appears on the voicemail. "Mark" saying he buys homes. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.

If they're violating the national do-not-call registry, why not sue them under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and get a minimum of $500 per call, or more likely $1,500 per call? You can do that even if you're not an attorney. In many states, you can sue them in small claims court.

First, you need to know who they are and where they are located in order to file a lawsuit.  Second, small claims court is not the proper venue.
