The robocall recording claims that the caller represents Medicare and is offering a special discount on medical braces.  This number (5092361370) is a CenturyLink phone number that is NOT in service as of 07/30/2019.  The caller ID changes daily (ranges from "Anonymous" to "AIRWAY HTS WA").  Both the number and the ID are spoofed (100% fake).  If you do speak with the caller, try to gather as much information as possible without sharing any, then report immediately to the FTC and FBI IC3 (caller is currently under investigation).  It is a federal crime to engage in interstate commerce using spoofed (fake) information, such as claiming to be a representative of the U.S. government or employing a fake location/phone number to deceive the customer.
