Got a call from this number.  The caller did not leave a message

Caller ID says "HBW LEADS" and they did not leave a message.

ID said HBW Leads.

After my call from this number with the ID of HBW Leads, I googled it and found their website:

They have a "DNC Policy" (Do Not Call). If you have been on the FCC Do Not Call more than 30 days, you shouldn't be getting a call from this company per their policy from what I understood.

Three missed calls so far. No messages.

They've called here 9 times in 13 months. No message, usually calls at night.

This number called 6 times today. Not once left a message. Googled it and it says HBW LEADs! The DNC doesn't so [***]! Added it to my block list.

Put the blame where it really lay's, with the criminals and illegal telemarketers.
The DNC works just fine. It is for telemarketers only and honest business does indeed abide by it. It is the criminals (which includes illegal telemarketers), frauds and scammers that do not. However, the Fed. DNC does not cover some survey's, Political or Charities.  You would need to check your states DNC laws to see if these are under your states DNC laws.  The fact remains that they are not automatic call blockers though and can not protect you from the calls that are criminal, illegal or fraudulent.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone..  You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

I received 2 calls from this number in just a couple of days. On the first one, they were looking for my husband regarding Car Insurance (Farmer's or State Farm, cannot remember exactly). Told them we already have insurance, and not to call us anymore. Today, they said nothing... Next time they call, I will report their harassment to the police.

2 calls last two days.  One regarding my insurance.  I tell them no but they want to talk.  I tell them to call my agent with there offer.  They hang up before I can give them the info.

9/12/14  9:00 p.m.  Called, I answered as my dad had amputation and didn't know the hospital prefixes.  I stayed on the line for 10 seconds.  I could hear voices in the back ground but after saying "Hello" twice and them saying nothing I hyng up.

just do ignore this calling, someone who was a girl very rude , that call come from agency of state farm insurance.

They just want your money! They don't care! they will call you any certain time they call you! They hide there name on my phone ID caller. What a shame!

No one is talking when I answer....

I have gotten about 6 calls from the number 1-509-288-4568 in the last two days, the line they are calling though, is a fax line, so every time they call I receive a fax report and it is wasting huge amounts of paper. I have tried calling the number back to let them know, but I sit on hold for a long time and then the line goes dead. The option to remove myself from their call list only removes the number I am calling from, not the fax number they are repeatedly contacting. It says HBW leads in colfax, WA when you call.

called here - HBW. Leads - they use one of those robo-dialers and so there was nothing on the line when I answered.  However, their robo-dialer also didn't hang up, so even though I had hung up the line would not clear.  Took 5 minutes for the robo-dialer to hang up.

Went to their website and got a toll-free number to call.  They will put you on their internal do not call list.  The person on the phone was polite.

Have gotten several calls from this number, shows 'HBW Leads' on caller ID, don't answer it as I don't have time to waste on solicitors/politicians/telemarketers/etc.

The person called, said they were from Allstate and said they'd only be a second. They launched into giving me a 'free' quote on Auto Insurance. I said I didn't want one and I worked at my insurance company (so obviously I'm not going to get insurance elsewhere) and she got snotty and said no, she was giving me a 'free' quote so it didn't matter. I hung up on her.

This number called and when we answered no one would talk answer back. Why are they so rude and not answer  when someone picks up... So who the hell are they ?
