Left voice message saying the IRS has filed a lawsuit against me and I should call them back at same number ASAP!  What a scam. How dumb do they think I am????

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

And I got the same voice message this afternoon as well. Unfortunately for them, I personally know the regional IRS auditors...this ought to be fun! Just hoping they call back sometime when I am at home.

IRS Telephone Scam

Got same call with the same IRS scam. Why don't these people get a job? I told him his mom told me she was going to take care of it when I was banging her last night!! So, go f*ck yourself.

Just did the same tried calling back again, no answer. Blocked these scammers!

Got A call today,said they were from the IRS! I stopped them and said I worked for the IRS they hung up! The # was 225-226-5414 Hope they want call me! Everyone in my area is getting the same call!

G9t a phone call telling me it was the IRS and was going to be sued

Received call, went to voice mail.  Left message stating that IRS is filing a lawsuit against me.  Luckily, they called the wrong person and I know it's a scam.

They called claiming they were the IRS and said that I had been fraudulent on my taxes and that I owed 6986.00. I said that they did not sound like someone who worked for IRS, sounded like telemarketing in the back ground.  I don't want to offend anyone from India, but they sounded from India and I said that to them.  They long arm you into thinking they are going to send a Sheriff to arrest you if you don't settle this over the phone and keep it out of court.  I hung up on them after this.  Please have better phishing skills than me and don't even talk to them.  Report this number to anyone to prevent this scam from happening to anyone, especially the elderly.

Same experience from this number (509-288-4619). IRS threatening law suit. Can't someone please stop these people?!  Annoying is only the beginning. They are evil.

Got the same call twice today.  They left the same message both times saying the IRS is filing a law suite against me.
