Someone claiming to be from IRS and finally notice of a lawsuit

Said they were from the irs and there was a lawsuit against me.

Someone calling from IRS claiming that there is a lawsuit against me. Person used the names Jack Phillips and Kevin Diaz.

A call claiming there is an IRS lawsuit against me for back taxes and threaten to garnish wages and other nasty threats. The message is entirely robotic and the voice is not a real person. That makes it suspicious right away.

Someone calling stating the IRS has a lawsuit against me. Message received 3 times in one day. 1st time > robotic voice 2nd and 3rd time a ladies voice.

Same story. Some fella called to harass my wife claiming to be the IRS. Maybe it was Lois Lerner.

Left a msg stating that "this call is to inform you that IRS is filing lawsuit against you, to get info on this call please call our department immediately". Was a robotic voice and obviously a scam.

Someone call me saying that it was from the IRS and about a lawsuit.  That I was supposed to go to Jackson Heights and pay $4,000.00 or they was going to come to my house and I was going to be arrested.  I said to them ok I am going to pay this money but I am taking my brother that is a sergeant to go with me and the person said to me F...ck you and F...ck America and hanged the phone.

Claimed to be IRS. Said I needed to call ASAP. IRS had a lawsuit against me.

Same here first time was robo call and the second time the women's voice left a message claiming the IRS has a lawsuit against me. Screams scam artist trying to con somebody gullible

Caller said IRS was preparing a lawsuit against me. Called them and said IRS does not call on the phone. Then the person started talking in a strange tune.I hung up.

Same thing for me. How does this collection agency or whatever get away with lieing?

i have recieved on many occasions over 4 calls in one day from these people claiming to be IRS and threatning lawsuits. I have also caled them back many times telling them to stop calling me and that I know this is a scam. They always hang up. This needs to stop and I hope they will be found and arrested.

Same exact MO for me. I didn't answer, but the message left was some robo-lady claiming the IRS is filing a lawsuit.

Telling me the IRS has a lawsuit against me and I owe $5000. I said remove my name and he said It will cost you $50 a month. I laughed. The call comes up from Colfax WA so I asked where he was calling from and he said WASH DC.
