Called me today at 11:09 AM and did not leave a message. My Google Pixel marked this number as spam.

Received call this morning.  It had autodialer beeps then male voice saying " is *my first name* there".  Sounded artificial, so I waited.  Message repeated. When I spoke, there was a pause and it hung up.  Not sure what the deal is, but it's automated and had my name, so working off some list vs random #dialer.

This number is a scam

My answering machine picked it up.  Caller did not leave a message.  Never answer a question with a "Yes" answer to someone you don't know. Assume that it is being recorded for scam purposes like this: https://www.cbsnews.com/news/beware-new-can-you-hear-me-scam/

Been receiving calls from the same guy. Various numbers each time. Never leaves a voicemail. When you call back it beeps. Same guy keeps asking about a refund. It's been weeks and still get daily calls.

IRS Scam. Left message to call as suit was filed against me. Scammers

A machine saying they were Socail security fraud division and said I need to call them back. I did and it’s just bust

This sounds like the "your Social Security number has been suspended" scam. However, your Social Security number can't be suspended or cancelled and even if it could, you would receive a letter from the Social Security administration not a recorded message.
