Received a phone call from them, 7/1/2011 at 12:09 pm.

I answered. Long pause.

Woman's voice: "Hi, is Rex there?"
Me: "Sorry, I think you have the wrong number."
Woman: "Sorry for any inconvenience."
She hung up.

I think this is possibly the same company as:

as I have also received "Rex" phone calls from them, though these were from a man with a Middle Eastern accent, asking about car loans.

This number called me, but left no message. When I called back, i recieved a recorded message that all represenatives were unavailable.  I actually called it this morning and they instantly knew my name and were trying to lower my auto insurance, which i declined. tonight, I got a phone call from phone number 5092287509, but when i answered, no responce, just dead silence. I called it back and got same recorded message. I believe its the same company since same Spokane area code and same recorded message. Possible scam

Got al call this morning from same number.. Says "Insurance Express please hold while I look up your information".. I just hung up becasue....they should not have my information and I am at work... And why do they have my cell #.........

I received a call from 509-315-2586 and when I answered, just dead air.  Hung up after about 5 seconds.

May all phone scammers burn in a bad place....so sick of them!!!!

I keep getting called by this number 509-315-2586, I answer and no one says anything, then there is a hang up.  Pretty annoying really. I have stopped answering it when I see who is calling.

Left message call this number to make payment or face prosecution.

Said they where IRS said I owed them money and to call to talk to some one about it. Gave a number to call but I didn't have a pen to write the number down
