- CDVI received an automated voice mail from this number regarding a "case" and to call back. This call was received 2 1/4 hours after an identical VM from 206-451-0992
- Caller: Did not say, as their VM started in the middle, after my message ended
- ckjmorgSame message with two different #'s 509-315-2890 & 206-451-0992
The IRS has an arrest out for me. What a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!- Caller: IRS
- Randy StriblingThis is an IRS scam
- Caller: IRS
- Call type: Prank
- McQfromMplsI got 4 phone calls today from 3 different phone numbers; they were 509-315-2890, 206-451-0992 & 202-864-1866. The same computerized voice gave all 4 messages. I don't think an official IRS messages would say, "Good luck to you if I don't hear from your appointed lawyer today."
- Caller: Claimed to be an IRS lawsuit
- Mary MeyerSecond call today from the "IRS" this one from Spokane. No caller ID name left like the last one.
- Caller: IRS (not really)
- AnonymI've been receiving a bunch of calls this past week from (509) 315-3375. Finally I decided to pick up the phone to see who it might be, as I'm tired of seeing so many calls from this number. A woman with an Indian or Pakistani accent said that it was the IRS, and that they were going to sue me.
No need to say anything more; the IRS suing me? For a tax debt I know I don't have? It's my understanding that they garnish your wages IF you don't respond to repeated attempts to contact you…but sue?
I told her her that I was going to come after her, find her, and make sure no one would ever hear from her again…she hung up. That was the idea. We'll see if she or someone else calls back. I'm tired of people trying to get my hard-earned money, and that of other people.
Protect yourself and don't fall for the scams out there. Don't answer the phone if you are tired or sleepy and do not recognize the number, as you may be caught off guard and give out info that you'll regret later. For very little effort or time, scammers can destroy your life, if they get ahold of your personal info.- Caller: Fake… said was IRS
