Called my cell phone. I let it ring and they hung up without leaving a message. I have no clue who it is, nor do I care.

its a robo call on how to make money

Robocall (to my cell phone!) with a fast-talking female asking if you want to learn how to make money.

Caller ID showed "WA, USA".  Caller left no message.

Receive this call weekly. The call is from an automated recording "Press 1 to hear more, press 9 to remove from list". (You never get removed.)
I called the number back and listened to the pre-recorded get rich quick scheme "Introduce you to the most exciting cash generating business...Earn "$100k in 100 days...The program is called 'Perpetual Cash Leveraging'...all you have to do is return people's phone calls...".
The inviter named Ray comes on at the end of the 3 minute promo and tells you to get the details by going to his website www.setwealth.com. In other words each participant buys a website from this company and promotes people to it.
I have seen this before where the company gets you to buy their program but also makes money selling you on buying website services from them as well. Something like "You can start off cheap but if you REALLY want to be successful we have the Gold package ...".

Received a call from this number earlier today, but was with a customer and didn't answer. A message was left, but wasn't intelligible because the machine was talking through my announcement so all I heard was "...moved."

Just called, left message saying IRS is pressing charges.  Total scam!  Number now blocked.

Got a robo call saying the IRS was looking for me, saying they were filing a lawsuit. 😂😂😂
